2008 King of the Beach - WI Beach Wrestling Championships

NEW FORMAT THIS YEAR!

The Wrestling Team at UWM and USA Wrestling are proud to host the oldest sport in the world to its newest venue, the beach. Wisconsin’s ONLY beach wrestling tournament will be offering divisions for youth and adults. Don’t miss this all day festival featuring a variety of Beach Sports, Music, Food, Drink and fun for all ages. Part of the Bradford Beach Jam

Weights		4 Man Round Robin: Nearest to Weight Class King of the Beach: Light Div. < 175, Heavy Div. > 175

Prizes		King of the Beach Champion Cups to Absolute Winner (Absolute Champion See Rules) Custom Medals for 1st

Format		4 Man Round Robin King of the Beach = Bracketed Tournament Style Modified Beach Wrestling Rules 3 x 1:30 Periods - Best 2 out of 3 Wins (like freestyle) Challenge Ring available to anyone in the tournament for exhibition matches.
